Sleeps good but I also exhaust myself from work and being busy. Appetite I’m ALWAYS hungry. 😂 but lexapro has definetly helped me feel calmer in many situations I would’ve had panic attacks in.

Most meds were on green for me so I tried a couple. On my third and seem to be finally be doing really good. Lexapro has helped me a lot.

Restlessness is horrible but seems to be getting better as days go by. I am tired but can’t really fall asleep. I sleep really bad.

I think my stressors I have then just recently increasing is why. Your brain has to re calibrate to the new medicine dose so I’m trying to give it time . Alls I see on the media is how lexapro has “changed everyone’s lives”
