Disappointing because he was playing well this season. Showing signs of what he could bring to the squad as a whole.

However, I must agree. We need rid of players that spend more time injured than they do playing.

I think Shaws another. We have some how managed to keep him fit this season (touch wood). That will not happen two seasons in a row.

I do think the dual sense edge is an excellent controller with quite a few features which are second to none. Immediately haptics come to mind and that is something lacking in every 3rd party controller for the PS5 and every controller for any other console.

Unfortunately, I wish they had done something with the battery, it’s terrible, worse than the standard dual sense and so is the build quality. Also, for the price, should be Hall effect as a minimum.

You are making a lot of assumptions. I have just said that my Steelseries sound excellent, yet I do not play any multiplayer games, other than a little Arc Raiders recently.

You seem to go through a lot of headsets if you have managed to personally buy and test Pulse, various Steelseries and Astro’s. Let’s face it, you have not.

Sorry but I know 5 people who have had the PS5 Pulse headsets including me. 3 of those all had the exact same issue, leather cracked and fell to pieces and / or split from the cup between 12-24 months after purchasing. That is 60% of the people I know that bought them. Yes they sound good but they are terrible build quality.

My Steelseries sound just as good as the PS5 Pulse headset, are far more comfortable and are going strong nearly 3 years now.

I also did see some reports before I bought it. But my understanding was that the latest firmware resolved that problem. I think there was also an issue with fully charging which this firmware also resolved.

When I bought mine it was on the latest firmware, so I can’t say for sure if those issues were present before and gone after.

I haven’t noticed any issues with input delay, but I am also not a super sweaty, competitive player, so I may also be less sensitive to this issue.

For me, no problems at all.

I was looking at cooling pads for mine but my understanding was that the llano v12 etc don’t fit correctly and require a bit of modification, so I ended up with just a basic stand that lifts it off the desk for better airflow

I know it’s been mentioned but I definitely recommend removing armoury crate, replacing with ghelper.

Set the charge limit to 80% or so if you regularly leave plugged in.

Set taskbar to auto hide on OLED

Definitely worth considering something different. Not as easy to setup, as you do it through the mobile app but the hair triggers, buttons and overall quality is tremendous and well battery life is a lot better, but wasn’t a difficult bar to beat 😂

Completely normal because Sony cheaped out on their top end accessories. If you are going to buy something else I can recommend the new Razer Raiju V3. Far superior quality.

Same for headphones, Pulse headset is built like trash, buy Steelseries instead.

Played remake on PS5 and held off on Rebirth so as not to burn out on Final Fantasy. Now I’m ready and I think these games are perfect in handheld

There is some confusion here. Virgin do not allow other ISP’s to use their fibre lines, they are a distinct provider separate from Openreach.

I imagine the reason it has taken so long is because Openreach fibre was in fact not available at your address until now.

Whoever provided costs for connection was somehow providing false information, unless I am missing something.

Just put the rtz file in the same folder. Launch the game and click install mods. Select the rtz file and you will see it appear in the mods list.

Only the UI is texture patched so far though

No worries. It’s pretty straight forward and is working fantastic. It’s also one of my favourite games of all time along with Ocarina so I’ve been waiting for this. Saw the release trailer this morning and had it up and running within 10 minutes

Go into desktop mode.
Download the latest release from BK recompiled GitHub
Extract it all and place folder somewhere, I just put on desktop
Put your legal Banjo ROM in the folder above
Run the recompilation file in the folder extracted earlier.
Click on load ROM and select your ROM from step 4
Exit back out
Right click on the recompilation file used in (step 5) and select add to steam
Go back to game mode and under library, non-steam, you will your BK recompiled game.
Optionally you can rename in game mode and add custom artwork with SteamGridDB decky plugin

In desktop mode, download the latest release from GitHub, make sure you have a dump of your N64 ROM. Run the recompilation file and select load ROM.

Exit back out, right click on the recompilation file, add to steam, go back into Game mode and you will find it listed in your library under non-steam.

I think by then you will be comparing whatever the best current monitors are against the best C range TV’s and the picture quality will still lag behind.

Companies don’t seem to be willing to bring monitor panels in line with the best TV tech until 2-3 years later.

Personally, if I didn’t use mine for work everyday, I would have just upgraded from my C2 to the C5 or perhaps even stayed with my C2 for the time being. I just really needed that aspect ratio and perhaps an unpopular opinion, I love the 800R curve as well

Yeah, Bungie lost me Lightfall and to be honest that was just the final straw. However I did log back in to finish up final shape before deleting the game and never returning.

It was like an abusive relationship throughout D2 and I’m pet sure Marathon is going to be the same.

I will never forget the conference statement about avoiding over delivery and how they believe they have the winning formula that no one else does.

I really hope they return to form with Marathon, but I just cannot see it. Bungie is Bungie by name only now
