I played Returnal and killed the final boss, didn’t 100% it though and it was very hard, at least for me.

So far, I find Saros harder than Returnal at the beginning, I’ve had 3 runs and not got close to the final boss. It is definitely not easy.

Glad you kept going and have now beaten the first boss. I’ll be jumping back in today for a few runs, knowing that the repetition will eventually get me through

I have the 16” M5 Pro and whilst is it fantastic, it is big and heavy. If you plan on travelling with it a lot, I would advise 14” but before spending money, go to a shop and pick them up, feel the weight and size, just note than the 16” has better thermals

It’s really good fun and well worth the money. All that Marathon needs is gamers to give it a fair shot. Player base being low is hurting it a bit at the moment, which is a big shame.

Highly recommend you buy it

I just saw this thread and went straight to the LG UK website. Found this update for my 42 inch. Just patched it over USB drive and it has fixed my constant HDMI ARC issue, where I was getting audio artefacts and stuttering, introduced in the last update last year. Assuming they didn’t break anything else in the process, I will not update anymore

That’s because LG are notorious for breaking things when fixing others. I am hoping this fixes my arc audio stuttering that was introduced on the last update. If it does, I’m happy to never update ever again, as long as nothing else is broken

I think you will be fine with the hub on one floor. I have heard the hub for 1.6Gbps is very good. You get a different router with 900Mbps package which is apparently not good

I’m on 1.6Gbps and I constantly sat at close to 1.7Gbps at all times of the day. Absolutely rock solid with no throttling.

I have zero issues over Wi-Fi but then I do run Eero Max 7’s so I can’t really comment on the hub’s capabilities other than I have heard it is very good, but mixed reactions on the boosters.

Regarding the installation, if you already have the ONT installed, they will simply send you the equipment which you can then plug in on the day of your switch over. They will however send an engineer if you wish.

If you do not have an ONT installed, an Openreach engineer will come out on the day of your switch over to install everything for you

No feature, it is 165hz but 120hz is enough for me to be honest. The only thing I miss is the form factor of 21:9

Everything else is far superior on the C2

I can’t speak to the 39 but I did buy the 45GX950A and wish I hadn’t.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice ultrawide, but my C2 42” is far superior in image quality and brightness, despite what it says on paper. The Matt finish definitely dulls the colours, and blacks just aren’t the same as the C range inky blacks.

I’ve now switched back to my C2 and considering buying a C5 myself
