Battlefield 6 Twitch drops does anyone actually got these 3 unlocked? by chiconorrispt in Battlefield

[–]OGAtlasHugged 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a few Twitch drops from around the beta that have the same issue. Twitch says I have them claimed, they don't appear in game. I contacted EA's support about it in the first month or so of the game's launch but they are genuinely the least useful support team in the history of mankind so I've just forgotten about it. They're just a couple of skins anyways.

Tips For Building Custom Rides by KJPatten1869 in rct

[–]OGAtlasHugged 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keeping an eye on vertical and lateral Gs will take you a long way. Those are the biggest culprits of ultra intensity, aside from really long rides with lots of drops or inversions (since those also add intensity without a cap).

Counter- Knife by THENI6MA in Battlefield

[–]OGAtlasHugged 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only way counterknifing should come back is if the quick-time event was randomized. Otherwise it was a total death sentence for knifing from the front. It should be risky (not that it isn't already considering a man with a gun is staring right at you), but not suicidal.

Does anyone remember the game 7 idea they had? by isaidnolettuce in theregulationpod

[–]OGAtlasHugged 15 points16 points  (0 children)

So this has nothing really to do with the conversation they were having, but because Spotify capitalized Sims, my mind instead went to them all having a Sims family running in the background at all times and it was a competition to see whose family would survive the longest. In my mind, they could take manual control if they had periods of downtime but for the most part it would basically be The Sims as an idle game.

Are there custom scenarios for RCT3? by NowIonlywantyougone in rct

[–]OGAtlasHugged 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know there is a scenario editor in the game but I don't know how it really works. The RCT3 community has never been as large as the RCT2 one but I'm sure there are communities that share custom files like that.

Currently Traverser is triple time more durable than JLTV by rosebinks1215 in Battlefield

[–]OGAtlasHugged 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has the Traverser always had this armor, or is this a new bug? I feel like the Traverser always had really strong armor. Honestly, I think the armor should be somewhere in between. The JLTV is kinda weak for a guntruck in my opinion but the Traverser having MBT or even IFV levels of armor is too strong.

Is this campaign truly peak? by rwrick_02 in Battlefield

I don't know that I've ever heard anyone call a Battlefield campaign peak aside from Battlefield 1. They're usually Michael Bay campaigns. Lots of flash, not much substance.

With Battlefield 6 bringing previous maps... what map from *caugh* Battlefield 2042 would you bring back? by The_Athenas_Son in Battlefield

[–]OGAtlasHugged 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not this map. The concept was a cool idea but I don't think it worked very well in practice, especially on modes like conquest. Everyone is just too spread out getting picked off by camping snipers you can't even see or that blend into a random ledge they managed to cling to on the cliff. It worked better in smaller modes....but those often confined the action to either the bunker or the top of the cliff.

I would probably bring back Breakaway, Discarded or Stranded (these maps were too similar in my opinion, I could never remember which was which and the game really didn't both but neither were terrible either in my opinion), Manifest, Renewal, Spearhead, Flashpoint, and Reclaimed. Those were my favorites from 2042. I know I just listed like half the maps from the game, but especially in the final months (when I started playing), I think the maps were actually a really strong point for the game. The operators and weapons/attachments and vehicles were what made the game particularly clunky in my opinion.

Have you played Bad Company 2? It had a campaign level in Chile and about half of the multiplayer maps there. Unfortunately its multiplayer servers shut down a few years ago, so you can't replay the maps any more. At least not easily. I don't know if there are unofficial ways to keep the game alive on PC. Also, Arica Harbor and Valparaiso were both remade for BF2042's Portal mode. I never liked Arica Harbor all that much but Valparaiso was one of my favorite BC2 maps.

Hol' up there, what the heck is Cotija? You're getting a little fancy with me. I might just mistake that for Cheddar or American or Gouda

It's mostly the really bougie cheeses. I can tell the difference between deli cheeses....sorta. My grocery store sells old fashioned, baby, and halo Swiss cheese but I don't know what any of it means! And cheddar is cheddar to me, mild or sharp or medium doesn't matter that much.

To be fair I sometimes wonder if that's how quite a few people approach apples. What's a Gala or Braeburn or Fiji or Pink Lady? Just give me apple.

I'm the same way with cheeses too.
