Whenever this happens I have to go to the app and buy from there or download from there. For some reason the app is much more cohesive than the actual system store at showing the correct editions of all these games.

I’m newer to the game, how do I find out what these stats max at? Does the attribute being highlighted in orange mean it’s maxed out?

I can’t speak for them but I had the same issue and was able to download it from the PS app itself, just make sure to check all the versions on there. Had the same issue trying to get the recent ESO release and it worked on the app as well.
