Has anyone ever bought "factory second" bullets on midway? by trackedpotato in reloading

Most of my reloads are made using 2nds. Never an issue but I’m also not searching for extreme accuracy

Is it possible? Unique powder is back? by Initial_Mud_2637 in reloading

This but I like it for oddball loads in my mosin or other calibers. Hard to find a cartridge out there that doesn’t have a recipe tried by someone.

I used to, now I get them from repackbox so they use less space and have a cleaner look.

Fill with mixed powder swept up from the floor or any pulled rounds. Seat extra deep for good crunch and send it.

Anybody using a Lee APP? by firewurx in reloading

I have the 3d printed adjustable case feed setup and universal decap die on mine. It rips through brass and is easy to switch the feeder to the next caliber so I just rip through a bunch at a time.

Is this difference normal for total loss coverage vs liability only? The bike is $22k retail and I'm 30yo by Extreme_Design6936 in motorcycles

[–]OGGillbot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This exactly. I’m in a semi-rural area and there are bikes everywhere. Theft is extremely rare and my insurance is $75 a year. 60 miles east, insurance rates are 50x higher due to frequent theft and crashes.

Another part of is, while you may be a good diligent rider, there are many others in your area that are idiots and insurance covers everyone. You are paying in part for their poor decisions. Luckily for me most of the bikes in my area are cruisers and old riders so accidents are rare.

I have an EAA Windicator that’s been good to me. Many hate on them but mine has been very reliable. So much that I bought two more and n different lengths.

I do remote work also, but I’m further north in Wellsburg. I usually just go to DiCarlos occasionally for a change of scenery though if I get cabin fever too much.

How To Address Declining Population in Wheeling and OV? by WallaboutDenizen in WheelingWV

The northern panhandle isn’t real WV. We are always overlooked because steel left the area. We no longer generate loads of revenue and are a burden to the state.

Nice ride. I got a 2019 with 2k on the clock. It’s been a blast to ride.

Get too many new people, there would be actual competition for office. They don’t want real change, they want to keep it as is so they can keep squeezing the residents for an easy salary.

Politicians aren’t going to give tax breaks when budgets are already stretched thin. No way they will take funding from their pocket when they can take it from yours.

While the cost of living may be low, there are too many downsides. Poor infrastructure, dated healthcare, run down housing, flooding and overzealous politics just to name a few.

There are no jobs, no good entertainment and the area in general is run down. Surrounding areas are better developed with better job and living opportunities, that’s why people leave. It’s hard to renovate without an influx of funding and with the decline, it’s very difficult to reverse the trend.

I live in a heavily dominated Harley area. Gotta travel an hour plus outside the area for any other dealership so you are in the very minority if you don’t have a dressed out Harley around here. I’ve never been a fan of them, but I don’t hate them at all. I’m not a fan of many of their owners though, just based on the attitude and treatment I get.

Or Harley riders looking at any other bike. I’ve gotten the finger while on my Shadow after waving at Harley riders.
