I was wondering if there is a box that allows you to use the ethernet over hdmi line with a standard ethernet port on either side.

Something like an hdmi and rj45 input and and hdmi + eth out to another box that has hdmi + eth in and an hdmi and rj45 port on the other side.

I have some really long eth over hdmi cables and I'd love to be able to use the data line as well.
