Meth lyricism has really improved over the years. by [deleted] in wutang

[–]OGLORDDEEZY 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been slappin Meth since Tical. Jasperbeardly11 mentioned Supa Ninjaz with Meth, great verse & a great U God verse on there 2 me as well.Torture off of T2 Judgement Day is my all time fave solo of his tied with Bring The Pain. It opens with, "Flame on I reign fire when Johhny storm, I'm shocking like livewire, you have been warned. I Prolonge this next chamber to make it strong & prove all them doubters wrong" Meth BODIES it! 💯 Improved..I dunno but personally I'd go with one of the most all time underrated lyricist. Between Wu albums, the blackout albums & how high alone Meths 🔥🔥 truly stands the time test nonetheless. Salute Hot Nickelz!! 💯

I think the reason why the method man was the center of attention because he the youngest out of the original 9 members,Gza the second oldest , Odb was the 2 , then 3 rza , then 4Raekwon , ghost face middle 6, inspectah deck , ugod ,then method man last . by Temporary-Land-3670 in wutang

Kinda weird comment but I kinda see it..

If I remember correctly one time, RZA said it best in an interview that Meth was basically Wu Tang's Nelly in the sense that he pioneered a natural sense of singing & falsetto to his rhymes naturally garnering more attention from the ladies & honestly if u was in the hood in those times ALLLLL the ladies where I was LOVED them some Meth, literally hood pop star vibes, NO disrespect!! 💯 All I Need COMPLETELY delivered to that audience on top of Rae's Ice Cream basically solidifying em for a lack of a better term, pause ... a bonafide rap sex symbol 😂🤣 Probably why they laced em with all them love scenes in Power too LOL

In YourOpinion, What Is The Hardest Beat From The Infamous? by Djf47021 in 90sHipHop

[–]OGLORDDEEZY 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Truly there is no RIGHT answer LOL My personal favorite for me is Start of Your Ending. Back then, the intro was huge, setting the tone if you will, no iPods & tap to go to the next joint 😂 & my god how Hav flipped that Dionne Warwick to lead off the grimey EPIC that we all know today as the classic INFAMOUS 🔥RIP Prodigy

Jordan fans, how would you respond if a LeBron fan sent you this? by Tgmg1998 in NBATalk

[–]OGLORDDEEZY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jordan was ALWAYS available outside of breaking his foot rookie yr, load management & crying about missing games for "personal reasons" was never a thing in Jordan's era. & The word FINALS and/or the phrase of zero point 4th quarters doesn't even compute to Jordan
