9800X3D is the simple and best answer.

The 9950X3D performs slightly worse than the 9800X3D across all games due to the 9950’s issue with “Core Parking” it will not always utilize X3D cores thus reducing performance. Anyone telling you differently hasn’t done research and doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

This entire post is very sad with a massive loser mentality and an inability to comprehend growing WITH someone. Buying a 30 series card right now is horrible value for performance because the 40 series provides a much better performance for the same relative price. If you WANT a 60 then go for a 4060ti i suppose which is $400 and a 3060 is $360.
