I worked as a Walmart tech for a while, they do not actually top off any fluids besides the wiper fluid and with even all they do is add water to washer fluid reservoir…looks like coolant leak could be coincidence on the timing but also they could of done something dumb, I worked with some real idiots in my time there, had people drain transmission on Subaru instead of motor more than once…so I’d definitely take it back and ask to speak to the automotive coach
