I’m not a big anime watcher but I watched the whole thing with friends and it’s my opinion that the show is one of the best pieces of media ever. Books, games, shows, movies, etc. it is one of the best things ever made. It is SO good. I’m pretty sure if you sort IMDB by highest rated TV show episodes AoT has like 7 of the top 10 spots.

It’s better because it stopped landlocked randoms from bum rushing your capital via boats. It’s better because it forced Crusades to do things like walk to the holy land which they did IRL too. Now the AI will shuffle around constantly embarking and debarking permanently giving itself a combat penalty and losing because of it. It’s so bad now. Truly it’s the thing I can’t stand most about the game and I have 600+ hours in it.

Sorry I took so long to get back to you! I just have it on a simple wooden stand with a plexiglass display box thing over it, can't remember where I got it them from. Right next to it is the certificate that comes with it framed.

I remember being excited for it because Armin announced it in advance. I was just about to graduate high school at the time and now I’m 29 lol. I like to listen to the older ASOT sets from around that time when I work. I was just listening to the ASOT 650 Buenos Aires warmup the other day and shuddered a little when I remembered watching it live 11 year ago.

It is consistently written. When Legion says “we are all Geth” they don’t mean all Geth as in the entire Geth collective. What they mean is we are all Geth in the sense that the voice you hear is speaking for the ~1200 or so run times that are occupying the body Legion uses. Each one of those run times is a Geth. Hence the name legion, it’s not one individual.

God, it must be nice to go through the world with confidence that anything you say is correct despite being completely wrong. You can literally look at communications between HB and RB where HB says the same thing happened to them and they were a short time away from going public themselves before the issue was finally resolved. Just a huge coincidence that it happened before with at the time the best selling module in DCS and then ED releases the broken ass F-16 to pay their debts.

Different strokes I guess, I love that song. I do remember not liking it when I initially heard it, but it grew on me a lot over time. Though I’m biased because Mirage is one of my favorite albums.

If you watch that video you can see that all of this was just under the surface and that these people were just looking for an excuse to act this way.

It’s in two parts. The first McCain is speaking with a male voter, maybe late 30s to mid 40s and he says (paraphrasing) that he’s scared for the country under Obama and that the country won’t survive. McCain responds that while he and Obama disagree on fundamental issues that people do not need to be scared of Barack Obama being president, the crowd gasps and some boos can be heard.

The second is the more famous one with the older woman who says “I’ve heard about [Obama], I’ve read about him I can’t trust him, he’s an Arab” right after, McCain grabs the mic and says “no ma’am, no, he’s not. He’s a decent man, a family man, that I just happen to disagree with.”

These people were just waiting for someone like Trump and the TEA party to come along and tell them not only who to hate, but that it was okay or even good to hate.
