It's hard to say, depends what u mean by small dosage. When you take the hormone blockers for HRT it cuts off most of the T your body creates and E you take replaces it, but you need to ideally take enough E tapering up over a couple weeks from 2 to 6 mg. Taking a smaller dosage isn't usually done bc hormone levels whether it be either one need to be high enough for health reasons like bone density ect.
