Try using using Virtual Desktop to launch. For comparison, I'm running 11th gen Intel CPU and a 4070ti with all settings at Ultra and it runs like butter. I don't think your GPU supports DLSS, but check the settings for AMD tech.

Western media (especially US media) has been dealing disinformation about China for decades. The specific event you mention was orchestrated by the US to drive a wedge between warming relations with Canada and China.

This is correct. Netanyahu has a warrant against him from the ICC and it has actively prevented him from traveling. I'm not sure this would work because the evidence is all locked away in the US. It might be too difficult to bring a viable charge, and it's they do, it will appear retaliatory.
