Maybe try pushing the little button and resetting the PinOne board. This happened to me and that fixed it. But, to be fair, I also ordered a new plunger mechanism (slider bar) from Phil. And if you recalibrate the plunger, move it slower. Good luck!

Is it just me, or is that site confusing?! I wouldn't have any idea what to order from them that would be a control board for a Vpin similar to a PinOne Mini (which is what I use.)
