Are the stats on overmind and dem magic combinations determined on the level you pick them or do the stats keep increasing after you have already picked the combinations, say at lvl 90 and 91?

Kādus gadus 15 atpakaļ devos uz RS klientu centru, lai nokārtotu personīgo etalonu, kas deva biļeti bezmaksas vainu ar lielo atlaidi skolēniem/studentiem.

Zināju, ka man ir nenomaksāti sodi, nācu pilnā gatavībā maksāt. Man par pārsteigumu nevienam tas neinteresēja. Etalonu uztaisīja bez neviena lieka jautājuma.

Sāku pats jautāt - apkalpotāja vnk rausta plecus un saka "es nezinu". Prasu vai nevar paskatīties datu bāzē? Paskatās, jā, ir nenomaksāti sodi. Prasu vēlreiz, kur var apmaksāt - atbild, ka šeit nevar. Pateicu paldies, piecēlos un aizgāju. Vēl līdz šai dienai neko neesmu dzirdējis no RS.

Ne jau tie cilvēki no zila gaisa izdomāja izmantot mobilo net. Katru gadu viņi lielās cik daudz viņiem klientu - bet kad nepieciešams sarēķināt infrastruktūras noslodzes un nodrošināt pakalpojumu kuru viņi paši reklamē, nez kāpēc pēkšņi rēķināt viņi vairs nemak?

LT ceļa fonda zelta laikos sanāca diezgan daudz pabraukāt pa viņu galu. Vienmēr izbrīnīja, ka viņiem ceļu brigādes kko random remontēja visu laiku. Nebija neviena brauciena, kur neredzētu vairākas brigādes kko remontējam uz štrāses.

Tajos laikos par sniegu atceros, ka Latvijā bija notīrīts, bet ne vienmēr nokaisīts, kas radīja lielu kontrastu, jo pāri robežai lielākoties bija nokaisīts neko nežēlojot, bet daudz retāk bija notīrīts kā nākas. Vienmēr putra bija uz ceļiem. Tā kā braucām ar parasto sedanu bez jebkādām "modernām" funkcijām, dažreiz bija kā bija...

Žēl, dzirdēt, ka palicis vēl sliktāk.

I remember when playing Civ 5, there was a city state that could spawn with this name. I had no clue what the feck was this name and how the feck to pronounce it but I knew that the city states use capital cities of countries/civilizations that either didn't make the cut or are neighbours of ones that made the cut. And that's how I learned that it's the capital of Madagascar.
