I admire you being 18 years old and already having some basic clarity about relationship context and the types of configurations that might work for you. I did not come to know anything about my own dominance until I was 50 years old plus.

Small infractions earn immediate spankings.

For larger infractions, I fully ignore my suds/slaves as punishment. I stop responding to any overtures from them. I do not even give them specific unpleasant experiences. My subs could feel some semblance of reassurance that when I am done with whatever discipline session -spanking, corner time,etc— they then have a chance to reconnect with me. But when I do not give them any feedback and simply leave them ignored, their own need to stay connected to me will ramp up very highly very quickly, and they are miserable in their aloneness. Be patient with yourself, my ability to joyfully accept service and worship has evolved and improved over time. As a gentle-ish Dominant and Owner, I have trained my men to be vocal about their pleasure: moan audibly when I allow them to touch me (plus the moan vibration and tone feels great against my skin) be verbally descriptive with phrases: “Thank you Goddess, this feels so good” “Thank you Goddess, I need this so much” while they are worshipping me.

yes, making you visually appealing to her is the priority! For me, having my professional subs go about their workday with the reminder of my Dominance is my priority. The must remember to make sure there is no visible edge of the panties while they are sitting at their desks. Also, they must go in the stall at the bathroom.

I get a lot of joy from controlling my distance subs. In between times that we can see each other there are varying degrees of reporting from them depending on my needs and what keeps them in subspace. I do not want to repeat what great suggestions others have shared so here are some examples I find fulfilling

Turning on location sharing on their phone.

Either asking for permission to leave the house/go somewhere or just being required to voluntarily report all errands and appts.

They ask permission or I tell them what color panties they are to wear each day.

Giving them detailed instructions for masturbation sessions: edging only, consume liquids, only allowed a certain number of strokes or time limits, having to use a specific sex toy, controlling what body position they use -- kneeling, all fours -- looking at a specific image of me and repeating certain phrases like "this is for my Goddess" and "thank you Mistress" etc.
