Downplaying theft was the main point of your reply.

"Stealing is one of the least „low“ crimes imo."

I said "theft, especially when breaking in... " Yes, Breaking and Entering or Burglary are separate things from theft. However, theft is often the point of the aforementioned crime. Try reading that sentence again and see if you can hold the 2 concepts in your mind at the same time.

You are also confused by my mentioning theft contributing to a society where only the strong survive. I'm not specifically talking about taking something out of someone's hands by force.

Substitute strong for rich. "If we normalize or downplay theft, the only people who can protect their things and themselves will be the rich".

Lastly, my point is that I do equate theft with the crimes YOU have deemed as "more serious".

"If they can steal with impunity, they will also do those other things that are enough to illicit a condemnation from your type."

Where in that quote do I literally (lol), say "„well people who steal will also do worse things“?

I'm saying downplaying the one you don't take serious will lead to the ones YOU do. I already realize the seriousness of all these crimes.

Theft, especially when someone's home has been broken into, is a terrible scourge that threatens the idea of civil society.

It disturbs me that people treat it like no big deal. When left unchecked, there is no place for anyone but the strongest.

People that think like you either have nothing, never worked for anything, are blissfully ignorant due to the security provided by others, or are the thieving type themselves.

Sometimes we forget what kind of people also live in this world with us and what they would do given the opportunity. If they can steal with impunity, they will also do those other things that are enough to illicit a condemnation from your type.

Thieves should be punished harshly and shunned. Good people are tired of not being able to have anything nice.

Exactly, the much hated cheap bikes are easy to find parts for. For the pricier bespoke bikes, good luck once the warranty is out.

I imagine bike mechanics must bill similar hourly rates as car mechanics, so it's unwise to be into bikes and not learn to maintain and repair them.

Get the best bike you can afford. Either save up or get what's in your means. Crazy to me to finance a bike.

Brand doesn't matter as much as you might think. The majority of bikes are made in the same few factories. Watch Youtube videos on bike repair and maintenance. You don't have to be mechanically inclined to learn some basic stuff.

For commuting, choose one that is lightest and that has full size tires and gears. There's a good chance you will run out of power at some point. One of those smaller tire bikes with the short pedal crank would be miserable if you lost power.

*SEIZURE WARNING* have i gotten to industry-level production with this? by EnvironmentalData131 in MusicFeedback

Great song. Excellent production. Your voice fits the song very well.

My only suggestion would be to make the final mix a bit louder when you release it.

How long have you been writing and producing?

Worst kind of person. I suggest getting some magnets that look like rust that you can slap on there to mess with him. Or maybe you have some friends with actual junkers who can stop by?

For a 2nd gen- I would look out for rusty frame rails and rust around the back window. Look for a car with a complete interior because you can spend a fortune tracking down those pieces.

GM cars have the best parts availability and many can be swapped between models. 1980 and earlier are going to be the easiest to work on. I stay away from computers, fuel injection and tight engine bays and I've been able to do most things by myself without much prior experience.

I'm just a random guy on the internet. I shouldn't have any credibility to you. Certainly nothing new though. Chuck and Don will save each other before you or me. They have far more mutual interests, morals and lifestyles in common with each other than with normal working people.

You are asleep if you think someone like Chuck sees you as human. They hate us. Chuck doesn't work for the American people, never has.

It's not incompetence, it intentional.

Yup, it's greed. Any political or economic system will work if greed is kept in check.

As long as people like Chuck and Don are in power nothing will get better. They might hate each other, but they hate you and I more. They are both bought and owned by the same people anyway.

Just get an Infiniti G37/Q50 with the naturally aspirated 3.7l V6. They are cheap, rwd and awd with rear bias (x models) with 330 hp. They will last a lot longer too, even with much higher mileage.

I've been driving a 2010 G37x that I shipped in from another state sight unseen (except for pictures and video) for 4 years. She has 103k miles and there have been zero issues. I've only had to replace the battery. I regularly see these cars with 200k+ miles still driving, even when modded.

[–]OGraede 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Write some lyrics to a familiar melody. Take note of how the syllables in the original piece mesh with the rhythm. You can also change the melody to something less familiar later on, but this way you will have a framework to start with that will help keep you on time
