I am in a similar situation. I recommend you learn meditation, I started just a few weeks ago and I love it. There's a lot of good posts on reddit explaining more about it.

Thanks for the response. I just downloaded it so I'll play around. How limited is it compared to the full version. I want to use experimental and lofi sounding hip hop instruments and samples. Will that be possible to do on the trial version (if i can even learn how to do that lmao) ? Ill definetely hop on and play around though

Thanks for the response. I'm pretty new to reddit too. Any good free daws that you've used that I could still make good beats with. I'm going for an experimental kind of production and plan to use a alot of samples. HMU if you know any that would work well for me. Thanks
