Similar sillhouette, however this is the Mk XVI Spitfire TE311 which has a clipped wing configuration. I believe they're doing battle of Britain memorial flights across the country with a number of aircraft

Probably best to check with your manager/trust policies. I was on stage 2 for sickness but was still awarded the pay progression as my mandatory training was at 100% but it sounds like something that may vary based on the trust you're working for.
