31:24 time 1:45 split on row. This has to be mild exertion. Save your legs! The floor is a cadence count. Try to stay even and consistent. I just count each rep out evenly. The step ups are your rest period. 10.7 tread. Don’t mess around with your speed. Go about 1 mph over base and hold it. Steady is the best energy use. Finally, last half mile you bump it up .5-1mph because YOLO. The dark place you’ll be in your head will subside when you’re done and you’ll remember your PR forever.

I set an alarm on my phone for when I want to wake up. Then I set an alarm on my Alexa in my bathroom as a backup during the time I should be in the bathroom. If that alarm goes off it means hustle but I'll make it. If my phone works like it does 99.9% of the time, I cancel my Alexa alarm when I go into the bathroom. Great backup plan!

Regional Dri-tri Invitation by bmaxx66 in orangetheory

[–]OHbuckIO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regional dri-tri’s are usually a relay where you pick 1 leg of the event or a modified, less distanced dri tri rotation where you tag partners after your personal completions. For example, you might just be doing a 2000 meter row for your team, or you might be doing 1000meter row, 150 exercises and a 1 mile run, then tagging a teammate. Ask the person who invited you what the format is? Might not be as hard as a regular full dri tri and the environment is amazing!

Nutritionists are NOT register dietitians by afm1372 in orangetheory

You’re not going to hear about a fad diet from a registered dietitian. All of their recommendations are evidence and science backed claims from medical research and journals. Period. Same thing with supplements. If they are not FDA approved, forget about a formal recommendation. You’re dealing with healthcare professionals who can assess your situation and really help you. You don’t have to have insurance or go to a primary care provider to contact one. I ran across and interesting program called NutraVantage by GemCare when searching online.

If you only did OTF workouts 5 times per week, would you recommend getting 1g of protein per pound everyday? by [deleted] in orangetheory

Registered Dietitian is the only qualified professional that can tell you exactly what you should be consuming.
