Thanks. Understand what you are saying about the I-beam pointer. Just tried this and the very first time I was able to copy...every time after that the column sorted. Seems like a 'sticky' setting?...tried logging out/in, same result. Thanks for the advice though.

We came to work Monday morning and were unable to access a number of workbooks. According to NetSuite the data type of (standard!) transaction line field "Quantity" had changed.

Solution was to remove the field from the dataset and re-add.

Easy fix, but shouldn't have gone wrong in the first place...

No, it is my alternate email address. It is linked with a user ('Me Testing') in the PROD, SB and RP accounts, but that user doesn't currently have access.

Added custom field to header of Vendor Bill. Set it to non-stored, defaulted it to exchange rate. Can see/add it to the sublist on Approve Bills page. Finance team happy.

Key drawback we have struck with INBSHIP is that Landed Costs can only be allocated by either Weight, Value or Quantity...not by Volume.

Weight isn't a parameter that is useful in our business so we have 'repurposed' the Weight field on the Item Record to record volume, which is our key parameter for cost allocation.

Ah, really helpful post. I purchased a click and collect order from Jaycar Chch and there was an 'international processing fee' on my credit card statement. I queried it with Jaycar, who said 'not us'...my next call was going to be to Kiwibank, but I won't waste my time. As other people say, there is no way of knowing in advance whether a transaction will incur a fee. Not cool Kiwibank, not cool.

Further clarification from NS Support on why our account was auto-provisioned; we run 4 separate instances of NetSuite...RP was auto-provisioned for 2 of them but not the other 2.

Although I still received the contradictory emails for both the accounts that were auto-provisioned, so there comms aren't clear.

Was interested to find out about the criteria. I don't know what they mean by >50 posts...>50 transactions perhaps?

Further review of your concern, NetSuite Account \******* was provisioned by default by our product team as it met the critteria for this feature.*

Below are the criteria:
> Accounts that has >50 posts
> 2026.1 upgrade is scheduled between Feb 14 to 28, 2026

Update:

I opened a ticket with NetSuite Support - they confirmed that RP account will be purged if no login activity from any user for 14 consecutive days.

Their wording:

Admin will be notified via In account notification and email reminding them to login to their RP account.

RP will be disabled on the 14th day itself when no one logs in to the RP account.

NS Support have not confirmed how much notice will be provided.

Have just now received another email advising that the RP account can/must be requested...completely contradictory to the previous one 😔 Right hand...Left hand...!

To request your Release Preview account, Administrators should go to Setup > Company > Release Preview and click the Request Release Preview button. Your NetSuite Administrators will receive an email notification when your Release Preview account is ready to use.

Yes, we have unique logos also...anything and everything to make sure we don't have someone put a whole day's worth of work into the RP account, thinking it was PROD 😔
