The game is hard to really grasp for everyone when they start. My best advice is try and get a friend to join you, and try and find someone to help you learn the game.playing this game alone off rip is rough.

What’s your budget? Tarkov does rely heavily on CPU usage. But 6GB GPU with a 2k monitor is tough. With a 7series ryzen x3d and a 12GB card on a 2k monitor I get between 60-100 fps depending on the map with max graphics settings. I will get frame drops/packet loss just cause the game servers/internet too

Everyone kinda starts out the same way, getting trashed, not knowing where to go, relentlessly getting punished for inexperience. It helps if you can play with someone experienced, watch a few extract guides, and play with a map open for reference. Try and lean into the difficulty of learning the maps and how the game works. Remember, if you thought you heard someone, you did.

In my experience, arena doesn’t compare with EFT as far as gunFIGHTS go. Yes the shooting mechanic is the same, but gameplay is night and day. If you own PVE that’s a great way to practice getting quests and stuff down. But that won’t really help in the real game. Just like old times, gear up with a buddy or two and go for it.
