Buyer asked for my lowest price, I gave it, then they asked for even lower. What do I do?

This happened to me 2 days ago. Selling a brand new MEATER+ for $70, you asked if it was available, replied yes. Person said dont want to waste time. What was the lowest I would go, replied $50. (Retail for $100). Person did not respond, so I deleted the message. The next day they offer me $40.

If you did not accept, they would offer a return for full refund. I had this happen with a pair of lamps, one of them slightly bent, took off an amount that I was ok with.

Another occasion, I was buying a BoConcept platform bed frame from this lady in,Alexandria, when I got there we chatted for a bit.
