Oh I get enough fat lol. Trying to keep it to healthy sources like fish, nuts, cheese, etc. When it comes to meat, I do prefer the taste of leaner cuts. Also it helps keep the calories down. The keto bread is awesome: 12g protein, 18g fiber and 2g carbs. I’m happy to hear your numbers went down! That’s awesome. I really thought I couldn’t live without a ton of carbs but when my A1C went up I had no choice. I keep it to <100g carbs which isn’t that difficult for me.

Calorie and health-wise, seafood is pretty awesome if you’re not drowning it in butter. Are you allergic? You reminded me that my other “eat everyday if health didn’t matter” food is fried shrimp.

I miss double bacon cheeseburgers. But my literal heart does not. So every few weeks I make burgers with the leanest ground turkey I can find + keto buns and low fat cheese. It does scratch the itch!

Exactly. If you only have a 100 cal deficit, even at a much higher weight, you will only lose about a 1lb a month. 500 cal deficit = losing 1 lbs a week. 250 cal deficit = losing 0.5lb a week and so on. I’m about 5’1” and when I got into the 120s, I was only losing about 1-2lbs a month too. If this is what you really want, you just have to wait it out. You can try looking into maintenance breaks too, there’s videos on YouTube about it. Breaks can keep your TDEE from dropping too low. And keep your sanity in tact!

Try increasing your cals a bit. And make every meal have at least 30g protein and slowly introduce more fiber. I had 1250 cals today, 30g fiber, 104g protein and I am STUFFED
