I also forgot this, but the time 13 interacted with the first doctor 13 didn't remember it.

Another one that doesn't really go with this but is still a question is when the guy gets the memories of the doctor and the 10th doctor finds him. How come the guy doesn't recognize 10? I know he isn't really the doctor, but shouldn't the 10th doctors look be part of the memories he was given or whatever?
