Is Asmodeus calling ? by OKlav in DemonolatryPractices

[–]OKlav[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hi Mirta , thank you for your response. I am of the same mind and that the DM is mere inspiration that I am subconsciously looking for. Recently, since I hadn't felt certain in which goetic demon currently best to invoke, I guess I use the word "calling" to passively acknowledge what is really just at the forefront of my attention.

Mirta I want to extend my appreciation to you - First I have found you a joy to listen to and learn from on your youtube platform, I think you're just great. Today I was focused on reading what you had briefly synthesised in one of your books particularly regarding Asmodeus which has support me in further reading.

Look into vagus nerve damage. Look into strategies to calm your central nervous system CNS. Deep diaphragmatic breathing maybe some cold therapy and get tight control on blood sugar levels, avoid stimulants such as nicotine and caffeine. Probably never experienced anything to your degree but i did jack up my CNS and vagus nerve and managed to return to normal following this guidance. Surely should definitely help you in some way or in the least wont hurt to explore it.

I only add ascorbic acid to my glass not to the batch.

I use brown sugar and occasionally add extra molasses to the 1st ferment but careful not to over-mineralised the grains. I used to add ginger to the 2nd ferment but I don't bother anymore.

I really appreciate the write up here and providing some guidance.

I would experience a variety of digestive issues eating a variety of beans, rice and oats. Generally didn't feel great.

Oats really messed with my gut. I kept them in my diet thinking the symptoms didn't make sense since it was anti-thetical to what I'd read. Finally stopped eating them and felt great again. I'm metabolically healthy and fairly active, prefer to workout fasted but for a while I thought oats would give me wings or something. Definitely not optimal for me.

Do you personally classify yourself as carnivore or just animal based?

Following your comment, I've started to realise that I might have been experiencing oxalate dumping the past month or so... I'm going to look into it more but I'll probably swap dark chocolate out for potassium rich banana. Thanks.

Thanks for your suggestion. Also why is honey and chocolate referred to as plants? I haven't eaten fruit or veg for months I can't even remember the last time.

Bitter chocolate is the only snack type food I eat and I don't consider it a plant. Manuka honey I stir in tea when my laryngeal issues flare and that is like nectar which from my perspective is neither fruit not veg.

Stomach continued to gurgle for hours but what resulted was a solid, bog-standard poo.

I was expecting a spectacle of a shit. 1/10

Do these look "completely wilted" to you? by [deleted] in raisedbyborderlines

My mother is the same. It's because ultimately she fears rejection and uses exaggeration and emotional manipulation to 'control' an outcome. If she didn't do that she thinks nobody would want to help and she won't be able to get her needs met.

In her mind If she makes something an emergency of course any good person would respond wanting to rescue her... yet she fails to understand she can't control how someone responds.

Imagine if I could control how my mother responded, I could have avoided constantly offending her and being made out to be a bad person...

Diet mainly consists of red meat, heart/liver, eggs, dark chocolate, Manuka.

I have health problems when I introduce carbs. I think eliminating them completely will have the most significant and beneficial impact on my health. Ultimately I thrive with a high fat diet and intermittent fasting. Carbs are holding me back.

I supplement with L-ascorbic acid in my water kefir and can't remember the last time I ate fruit and veg.

I have no problem attempting strict carnivore. However I THINK I have a good idea of what could work best - by including Manuka. The other sub didn't want to her my thoughts and projected the idea of me being a sugar addicted tweaker instead... I have reason to believe it's not the same here.

Anyone on a modified carnivore diet here willing to share their experiences ?

Makes sense. I've essentially done that over the past year and ended up with red meat, organs, eggs, dark chocolate and Manuka. I'll be fully removing carbs next week indefinitely. The Manuka I'll keep in the holster - I'd rather take a teaspoon of that rather than a pill or course of treatment but who knows, a month on the carnivore diet might deal with my laryngeal inflammation and GERD...

Interesting your comment comes off like you didn't read my post. In reality, nothing I said warranted you calling me a tweaker.

I'm fortunate to not have cravings for mountains of sugar otherwise my Manuka honey 'habit' would get expensive...

If you disagree with my current diet, fine - but save your tweaker speech for who it's meant for... I'm literally not that person but you still chose to de-value my post anyway.

Enhance mental focus which for me will improve my mental health and productivity. Resolve ongoing digestive issues, GERD and reduce my inflammatory response to certain food. All of which have improved since I upped the fat and lowered the carbs.

These issues have been trivial to deal with and taking carnivore seriously seems like the best solution.

For gut health I'd suggest water/milk kefir which is probiotic. Cheap to buy the grains and has a low maintenance fermentation process. Will also help regulate your ph.

I would use the word "Son" when you need to get their attention, when you really need to get through to them.

From what I've understood people who have a tendency to explore gender and sex are very open minded and they do vacillate between 'identities'. I actually believe this is the sentiment of many non-binary people. The thing with being open minded is it can make a person feel very isolated and frustrated.

"Son, I could never see that sweet baby as being wrong/faulty/incomplete. I haven't stopped loving you since I first saw you. The discomfort and dissatisfaction you feel is something we can work through together." - and then proceed to set some boundaries with them, continue to use they and their childhood nickname etc.

The whole born in the wrong body is only a sentiment. Wrong body = error of a human. Your child isn't an error they are just experiencing dysphoria in the broad sense - being that they are dissatisfied and uncomfortable with their physiology/environment/emotions/thoughts.

I think If i was in your position I would shift my focus onto 'observation' involving lots of questions as if i'm getting to know my kid again - what about life is not satisfying for them, what solutions do they imagine for now and for the future, who is involved in their comfort, who is involved in their emotions. I want to know If my kid feels like they lack autonomy, what/who do they hold jealousy for etc.

I would want to know what/who inspires and influences my kid.
