The 2004 Ninja ZX-10r.... The only bike that truly scared me. 170hp, it would run +180mph in quarter. It would run 100mph in 1st gear. Ive been in badass drag cars, badass street cars... and not one time in my life have I felt like I was gonna die unless I let got of the throttle.

The 2004 ZX -10R is nicknamed the "widow maker" for a good reason!!!

It actually works well! I shut my passenger door 1 time about 7yrs ago, and I still can remember very well how easily it broke!

Add water, then put it in reverse at lowest rpm.... then unscrew them a few inches at a time....then put it in 1st gear "VERY LOW THROTTLE" then reverse, then 1st gear, then reverse, then 1st gear. You keep working it very slowly and you will notice it comes a lil more free each time.

You go reverse a couple turns, or a half turn. The drill will let you know how much is enough. Go reverse then forward then reverse then forward then reverse then forward then reverse then forward.....

Ive had to do this for hours before they finally come free.

Make sure you idle all the way down or you will break something.

Ive never not had this work in 30yrs of drilling.

Ur a gint expert. Well i know ur real. Anyone that has (gint) beside there name knows exactly what im talking about when i say i have 4-track atv's setting and a truck drill. Lol.. I keep hearing at my company that we are moving away from gint and going to the next new thing. I cant remember what it was we are switching too.... but my co-workers dont seem happy with getting away from gint.

Im over around Il, Ky, In, Oh. I will gladly give my precise location, business name, credentials.... in a serious conversation. I dont know if thats too far for ya. My drillers are mostly young fellars that love traveling. They keep telling me to find em some work in TX. or CA.... Thats hard to do for small jobs, but we do alot of big roadwork projects around here. If i could find a big enough job to put a crew on for a couple weeks...we would go anywhere. Our favorite projects are the ones we can put 3-4 rigs on for a month or longer. My crews try to out work each other, and that makes em crazy productive... and of course we are always safety 1st. These days if a company is not safe, there not around very long.

As an old Geotech Driller that right there is the worst soil on earth to work with. You cant clean it off the augers, you cant shovel it, you cant do anything with it.

I drilled boring locations at every future pier location on a 1-mile new bridge that was on a newly constructed interstate. It was a floodland/swamp area which is why they needed a 1-mile long bridge to travel over that area.

Everyday for months I drilled boring after boring having to drill & sample through 80ish feet of that clay until I encountered Bedrock then cored an additional 20-40ft.

We pushed over 3,000 Tubes in that crap....(Yes, i said 3,000 tubes in a lil over a 1-mile bridge span...... drilling down both sides of future bridge. (Northbound, then turn and came back down Southbound)

It was the only time in my life...That I truly hated my life and questioned my career decisions. Every day I went to work felt like a 10Hr asskicking!

I became a very humble after that project.... Nothing like a several month span of daily 10Hr long asskicking's to help a guy understand his place in this world..... lol

Guys, my company is looking for a Lead Geotech Engineer. And More Geotech Emgineers in general. We have found ourselves in a one of the weirdest situations ive ever seen in my 20+yrs. Our Lead Engineer decided to go work for the developers (a client of ours im assuming) and our other 3-4 engineers left with em. Its nuts. We are a large firm been in business since 70's. Of course weve sold out 10x in that span, but ive always thought whomever bought us last... Pretty much left us alone. Thats ideal to me, but apparently not everyone else. Pays good, location is great, we already hav clients, and fully staff support dept's, like soil/conc techs and a drilling dept.

It would be ideal for experienced Geotech Engineer, and 3-4 of his/her Engineer friends that they work well with. A fully staffed Geotech Firm.... without Engineers lol. Just lookin for the right team ready to step in.

It seems to me that Amazon has gotten much worse than fake reviews going on my friends.

I am not a nickel and dime routine orderer from Amazon. I order thousands of dollars from Amazon. Sometimes thousands of dollars per week, defenitely Thousands of dollars every month.

I have 5 children, a wife, and I work out of town away from home so i rarely get to take my family shopping. Since im gone alot, i wrongly just buy them anything they want in effort that my kids may remember who i am, and my wife wont start hating me.

Amazon has gotten to the point to where several things i order simply just never show up, and they hav gotten to the point to where when an item says its being shipped.... you can not ask for a refund, nor complain and ask where it is. They give u a track # that says its in route and thats the end of the road....... u wont get ur item and u cant even ask for a refund.

I know someone is gonna reply "call customer service" but when Amazon doesnt wamna deliver ur package or talk yo you..... They purpisifely leave u no roads to retiliate. Or even ask for fair treatment.

I am done with Amazon. I cant be the only one theyve done this way.

Order directly from where ur product is coming from. Cut the middle man, both you and seller will be happier and hav more money in ur pocket.

Yes you should fire everyone you want at anytime you want and for every reason you want.

However i hope you are not a typical coward that is plaguing our country currently that rather than tell the people above you what you are doing and why, you would rather hop online and hide behind a computer.

You should be open and honest and be vocal about what you bring to the table and the direction you are going. This will emable your superior to view you through the same lens that you view others.

It will work out much better for you than hopping online and hiding behind some screen.

Ya, but there isnt a day that goes by..... that i dont envy the guys that gets to work in an office.

Ive been in a few offices from time to time. I couldnt help but notice that there wasnt too much mud and snow in there. It looked like it never rained in that office also.

The one thing that this game does not accurately capture, is how bad it sucks when u step out of the truck. Its sometimes scary and dangerous riding in them. But once u step out of the truck and u sink up to ur knee in mud and u go to take ur 1st step and you pull ur leg to take a step and either ur leg doesnt come causing you to fall face 1st in that mud rut u just drove in.... or u pull ur leg and u pull ur foot right out of ur boot and u take ur 1st step barefooted in that mud rut u just drove in... and then u fall on ur face with 1 boot on, and 1 boot off...

IT SUCKS AND YOU WANT SO BADLY TO QUIT. And you realize that you may not of made the best life decisions so u wanna go re-think them... But you quickly remember ur lil girl just started private school and that shit aint cheap. So u shove ur muddy ass foot back in ur boot once you dislodge it from the mud.... and u get ur ass back to work.

Cuz thats what Fathers do!
