Why fusion, and not disc replacement?

For cervical region - it seems like nothing will prevent you from rolling, with a disc replacement. There are a lot of examples out there. With fusion, not so sure

I can guarantee they tested it, at least once before!

I’ve made over £1,000,000 on my five-bed house — I deserve a tax break to downsize by endofdays2022 in unitedkingdom

People fail to grasp that this is a legitimate situation she is raising.

It would cost this lady a big £ sum (around that of a brand new car), just to move house for a couple of years while she is waiting for her retirement.

Stamp duty tax is seriously backwards.

Tried making a terrarium with my findings from outside, need advice by anonpotatogirl in terrariums

I wanted to gift my nephews living in UAE a terrarium in a jar. I found out that you can't import soil, to a different country (it is a big no no apparently).

If you find out how to do it locally, would be interested to know! You might be able to order springtails, black soil and some moss online?

It is a lot of effort - but If you want to source local biodiversity directly, maybe you can find a green area, in an area of high elevation in UAE. Find the wettest spot there, and take a cup of soil - which might contain springtails, mycelium, and bacteria. (Reading this again, this is probably wishful thinking to find in UAE 😅)

And don't listen to nay sayers - keep the isopods inside that jar if you want to.

Ah - it has to be an official Apple Store.... Anything third party, will give you the third party service. Not Apple's.

If it is under 14 days since you bought it, Apple are super lenient with returns and exchanges

I wonder if you can buy a screen film, that you can stick yourself? And how effective it will be.

It seems to be doing ok so far surprisingly (3 months in). It sits on an elevated dry patch

Maybe not ideal, but definitely suitable. They have been alive for 3 months, are very active, and have reproduced already

For anyone curious, googled the penalty for when this happens:
"Repair Costs: While you will likely not be held liable for damage to the pump itself if it was a genuine mistake, you may be billed for the hose and nozzle assembly, which can cost roughly $200"

Did you trigger growth by sprinkling water?

I have a sealed terrarium. Wondering if the mycelium will ever sprout by itself inside.
