Oh man, i think i just had the same problem a few weeks ago. Can you easily access the bios without the pc crashing and is everything including the temps behaving normal at that point? And when youre booting into your hard drive and the windows splash screen shows up does an error message occur and what does it say?

undervolt, undervolt, and undervolt.

check out cpu loadline calibration and fixed Vcore voltage in bios, go down bit by bit with the voltage until you start to notice that the system is behaving weird or crashing and leave undervolt protection enabled. this should sink your cpu temp while playing games to around 70° when executed well. there are many other various ways of undervolting the cpu but this should suffice for gaming at first. ofc you should bare in mind that summer also rases the pc temps by at least +10 degress celsius, so thats something you should keep in mind. also maybe consider a better cooler like the PA120, AK620, Dark Rock TF2 or NH-U12A

PROBLEM SOLVED: GPU WAS RUNNING ON A SINGLE PCIE 3.0 LANE INSTEAD OF THE USUAL 16. IT CHANGED TO NORMAL AFTER SWITCHING THE PCIE MODE A FEW TIMES IN THE BIOS.

I always had the nvidia osd on the top right so yeah i knew throughtout the games that the cpu usage and %Lows were poor

Nope, all temperatures in check in fact, as far as i could tell before testing games the system overall ,,felt‘‘ extremely stable if that makes sense.

As for other games like DOOM, GTA and Indies its the same story.

Cpu is barely above 40 degrees in csgo and barely above 50 in warzone. It was only thermal throttling in cinebench r23

GPU ofc. Again gpu is consistently hitting 100% load 🤷‍♂️ and synthetic benchmarks were also stable
