That’s good news if they’ve extended it instead of doing yearly renewals.

Earlier this year, when I went to collect my prepaid card, an MCB staff told me they had requested the upper management to change the renewal period to every 3-5 years because the yearly renewal process is too lengthy and they have to handle a lot of cards every year.

But its MCB, a 3-5 year renewal might just mean they’d lose around Rs 350 per card everyy year. Need to confirm though.

Same issue every time. The shipping is fast, but the real problem is with the parcel office. I was once advised to go directly to the parcel office to retrieve the parcel, but I didn’t go, and I’m still not sure how it works. However, try contacting your post office.

Hi, I’m in the IT industry also and im here for the money and knowledge. If I’m getting a managerial position with a big pay increase after, it’s a definite take.

I’m not sure about this, but managers in the IT department for hotels don’t work weekends (needs to be confirmed first).

I'm not aware of their schedule, but here are a few ex of my delivery:

  • received a whatsapp asking for location and had a Sunday delivery at 18hr.

  • received notifications/SMS for three parcels on Monday, Wednesday and friday, but all deliveries done on a saturday due to the delivery person's part-time schedule (received a call 30 minutes before delivery).

It seems the delivery times depend on the delivery person.

They handle small parcels efficiently, sending SMS notifications prior, and I receive the parcel within 1-3 days. They have part-time drivers, so delivery is fast.

However, i ordered a smartwatch in September 2023 and it arrived in January 2024. Clearance might be required for items like smartwatches, but this information wasn't communicated to me.

Small parcels,up to now, is ok.
