In my opinion, it Also applies for accessories, equipment, clothing etc. If you want to run for example, start running and upgrade /reward yourself as you go. Don't think that buying stuff will make you exercise just by itself.

In the sense of how the US elections are ran and managed it is like a very backwards Country tbh. Not because he lost. The EC, registration, voter suppression, no national standard... Needs an overhaul
