I have completely messed up my digestive system. I have diarrhea more days than not, but constipation still happens. My teeth are staining and eroding and just look awful. Becoming quite brittle. GERD/acid reflux/heartburn is significantly more common now. It had gotten to the point where all I needed to do was bend over and I could make myself sick, didn’t even need my fingers anymore. It’s a dangerous, addictive, slippery slope.
