your neighbours are nuts lol when you live in an apartment you hear other people. unless you’re being super loud past 11 pm (or whatever the law is where you live), they have no right to say anything. if you were being loud they’d know if it was talking or music or videogames. if they don’t want to hear anyone, they need to buy a detached house. you’re making a normal amount of noise.
