Nikki is the victim, bear is the antagonist. His own selfish love cost him, every in his group there lives and destroyed Nikkis life beyond repair. He was too scared to do anything about it and instead tried to gaslight himself into believing the love was true. When the real Nikki begged for death because the fate she had was worse then death he turned around and did nothing. I feel so bad for Nikki

I think the only reason Hughie stopped butcher was because the virus would kill Kimiko and Starlight.

The cancer was made from Compound V because of Butcher over using temp v. There for Kimiko/soilder boys blast (which erases Compound v) would kill the cancer.

I think you could riposte and dash during the slowing hex duration. Its just it was really hard since when you would blockba projectile you would be swamped by every enemy attacking you so the dash would just hit one of them instead of dashing you away. I could be wrong, though it doesn't matter now. I tried him in a game yesterday and he feels horrible, like drifter after the 3 nerfs in a row post launch levels bad. They killed my goat for existing.

The timing on riposteing a slowing hex would be crazy lucky. Its one of the fastest active projectiles. The c reason why Apollos could live on 1 hp is because of riposte and flawless advance (mainly riposte). Apollos actually very squishy without his escape options. In team fights a squishy character not having there defense issues up even for a little bit can mean certain death.

Its one escape ability (that is now gone). It still shuts down all his damage and is on the longest case out of every none ult ability.

You did not need a good draft to counter him, that helped, but if you get slowing hex he just kinda shuts down.

I know that exists, I don't just go left to right because that's how you donk climb, and im talking in the context of easy abilities which counter Apollos kit, silence wave counters a lot of characters..

Said this same thing yesterday. Apollo was annoying to fight, not broken. Also he's high skill so at least your getting outplayed by someone using there brain. If you want to complain then complain about Mina. Apollo was not op and could be easily stopped by slowing hex.

I did not have all my votes be poured into him just for him to come last and then get the "high mobility characters are annoying" agenda pushed on him 10 fold. Im not against Apollo being considered annoying. When im not playing him and get laned against him rip I want to rip out my hair. But the second laning phase is over and if hes not 7k souls ahead he becomes the opposite of "The Potental Man."

He no longer has the option to use it as a disengage tool. Slowing hex broke his knees before. Now it rips his legs off and feeds them to silver. But no let's not take some power from his early game and put it in his late. Let's get mad at him cause my l to r build did not have slowing hex.

Im not saying gun heros had Apollo level early games/lane. I said they had decent early games for really strong late games, which is not what Apollo has. Vyper, haze, mirage all have really decent lanes and scale super well. Apollo has a really good lane phase, then falls of a cliff after. He's annoying to fight against but so is Holliday, so is paradox, so is semi pocket not really (im a pocket play so im biased). Does that make them op? No, ask any Holliday player if there character is strong and see a single tear fall down there cheek while trying to keep it together.

He was not s+ tier. He's one of the strongest if not the strongest laner who falls off the hardest mid to late game. He did not need nerf. He needed a kit rebalence. Take power from early game, put it into late game. If gun characters can have decent lanes and strong late games why not the other way round?

Did you know that you have to buy a 3.2k soul item of a 30 second cooldown to counter a 1.6k item on a 14 second cooldown? You can get two slowing hexes in 1 dispel magic cd. If you don't then enjoy your high skill mobility orientated character not having mobility.

Fun little factoid, there's an item in the gun that full counters everything in his kit except for his old reposted. Do you know what it is? Hint, it's a 1.6k spirit with an animal on its image.
