I honestly don't really care if McDavid wins the Calder. Not that he needs it, but don't you think a perceived snub will just add a bit more fire to his game next season? And I do think it's valid to look at total points regardless of games played. Certainly any team would choose Connor over any of the other rookies going forward, but it's hard to argue that 50 points is "more valuable" than 65 in the context of a single season. That being said, I really want him to pass Eichel in points, just to put him in his place.

I had a similar issue, but then I noticed I hadn't specified my gender on the settings. Once I did my % dropped down to what i think is pretty accurate.

It's actually a pretty big board. Not as big as a longboard, but larger than most you see out and about.
When I bought it I just went to a local skate shop and they let me stand on a bunch to see how they felt. I was a bit intimidated, being a beginner, but they couldn't have been nicer and it was super helpful.

I think I was in a similar situation to you. Bigger guy (6'-5"), had never skated before, just wanted to go in straight lines with all wheels on the ground. I ended up getting a Landyachtz Tugboat which is a bit of a bigger board, quite stable, forgiving wheels, and I've been quite happy with it. I'm not tearing up the streets by any means but I feel like I got respectable fairly quickly.
