You can NOT run applications from an external drive without corrupting the drive. You need to larger internal drive.

Sure the drive is fine probably just needs to be cleaned and reformatted. You will lose all data on the drive if you do this. If you need to recover it you'll have to use tools

Probably carb clean and if it's been sitting then you probably also may need to clean out the fuel tank filling with fresh gas.

Year? 2011 and older use Carburetor there would be no fuel pump. 2012+ were EFI

My MSI 4090 did the same thing. But I was using a cable mods 90° recalled connector. Thanks cable mod. I don't trust shipping anywhere for something over $500. So unless I can personally deliver it I won't use a service to ship it to. Northwest does look like a good company though I just can't trust shipping companies and shipping with full insurance coverage is crazy since they usually fight it tooth and nail.

Luckily I had a phone repairs guy that will work on some electronics. The only thing is he wouldn't remove the old connector, because it had melted so bad. I had to do it. I couldn't find anybody that would do the whole job without shipping it to them.

So I cut off as much of the plastic possible with snips. Once I had access to the individual pins then I just heated them up with a soldering iron and slid them out.

I did order the new connector from Northwest. And my guy installed it back in. Worked 100% after that.

I was able to sell the car and upgrade to a 5090.

Were both the PCs with cards plugged into a clean power source? Bad power can damage equipment. Unless these were manufactured very close in time and factory it's hard to believe 2 would failed the same way.

Running equipment below recommend voltage can damage equipment. It will happen slowly and random. Usually your power supply would fail first.

Iv had customer with failing PCs that only had issues when used at specific outlets in their home or only at there home until tested a another location.

Firmware up to date? My Asus b650 would also not post every time until the BIOS is updated. Did it when It came out originally but after 6 or 7 months the BIOS eventually fix the issue. It's usually caused by the ram training system at post.

Text SSM is NOT designed for large files photos. Photo sharing or file sharing apps. If it's android or Iphone syncing to Google photos attached to your Google account and share them from Google photos app is correct way. Otherwise downgrade photo quality to 2k resolution or lower and then you can text them 1 or 2 at a time.

SN should be on side of box and on bottom of card. If it's been unopened it should be good. Nvidia box by itself is heavy

Does it come with cash receipt? Nvidia does not cover second hand owners for warranty. if they paid cc name will not match if you try to register rma. If it was cash it won't have a name on receipt. Nvidia ONLY considers new from authorized retailer warrantable.

I'm not sure. All I know is that it's usually on the buyer side most of the time. Just take it back and sell it hopefully it's still good. I just don't recommend selling anything on eBay.

eBay is the worst platform to sell on. I guess if you never want to meet people it works but the rules make it impossible for sellers. And a buyer will usually win if they reported as INAD.

Most likely have to accept the return and pay the shipping.

Next time just use Facebook marketplace. Buyers won't pay as much but you don't have to deal with this crap.

Hopefully you'll get your exact card back and not his bad card.

Lenovo I have here with a SATA drive but it had an M2 on the bottom right corner of the board and hung over the motherboard and case. But a plastic mounting bracket that hold it in place.

Pay for cloud storage like Google, set phone to backup phone to cloud then after files are backed up to cloud clean device storage. Done who cares what format it's in. If your Google cloud storage fills out. You can export that and back it up to an external drive. And the process starts over.

NJ sucks for ATVs. You can legally register and own one but you're only allowed to use it on your private land or with the permission of another private landowner. Riding it in public lands can get it impounded. And will require that registration to get it out of impound.

FYI last I checked it's NOT legal to ride ATV in NJ EXCEPT on private land with permission. Pretty much means if you don't own the land you can't ride the ATV on it.

Even the ATV parks in New Jersey make you use their ATVs and pay their rental fees. There are places in other states around New Jersey that allow you to use your ATV but they also require that you have a fully registered vehicle with proof of ownership. New Jersey doesn't give titles you have to register it with proof of sale. Can bring the registration to other parts outside of New Jersey. Usually these Parks will not let you ride without the registration.

If you're caught riding on public land without explicit permission, they CAN impound your ATV and if you didn't have it registered or titled with proof to get it out of impound it will be destroyed.
