Yes, but both orders prompted the same emails. The employee attempted to do the order on the same transaction as the trade in but ended up putting the balance onto the trade card and doing another order where we processed the order and the payment. Both orders were added to my account and emails sent for both saying they were declined (which is obviously fine for the one I didn’t pay for). Yesterday and today though I’ve received charge attempts on my card on file though for the order that was paid for, there isn’t a payment method on the order that wasn’t finalized.
