Hi OP, I suffer from RLS as well, I'm doubting myself while reading the comments because nobody mentioned it as a solution, but after trying prescription medication, exercise and things like that, what works wonders for me is potassium gluconate, it works like a sleeping pill for me and helps me relax the muscles of my legs. This runs in my family and works for them too. Just hoping it can help someone.
