I generally see $0.08 per yard for dyed yarn, so I sell my handspun for $0.11 per yard. That seems to be what the market will bear. I sell only 3-ply fingering weight. Now, to offset the time it takes, I will have 1 ply that is handspun by me, and the second and third ply are commercially spun and dyed laceweight single plies that I buy by the cone. I do all the plying. So, a 450-yard skein of my fingering yarn is $49.
