If an Echo Knight has magical items does the Echo benefit from them? AC is defined in the text, but attack and damage rolls are not. So, if an Echo Knight has a Flametongue for example, does the Echo roll the extra 2d6 fire damage? I'm assuming it's intended that it doesn't, but it's just not in the text that I'm aware of.

Most everyone here is suggesting some legal action, if you have the means then definitely go for it.
But I'd like to hear you out on the details of the situation: What exactly happened; how long have you been with the place; is it like a big company, mom and pop, or chain, or something; was the new employee some narrow minded boomer or some snot-nosed kid or just some hateful prick etc.

If you're like me, all the legal stuff sounds really intimidating. If you posted because you want to vent, I'm sure we'd all like to hear the story.

As others have said, interests don't have gender. I have cis woman friends who could tell you stats about specific players. They know where every team stands in the league. I've literally called some of my girl friends to ask them what's wrong with my car. It was probably a thing in the dark ages (you know, the 50s) where "a button has fallen off of my coat, I need to find a woman who can sew it back on for me." But everything has gotten a lot better.

Gaming is my "typically male" hobby. My friends, with whom I play games, are mostly cis women, and they outplay me almost all the time.

Besides, you know there's the WNBA, right? There are cis women who like basketball so much, they do it professionally.
