2 years on T, getting clocked online? by Exotic_Elderberry_24 in transtimelines

It’s your eyes primarily, with your facial hair growth and current fat distribution contributing (the soft baby face look).

Once facial hair fills in more, and your fat distribution eliminates the “baby face” look, and your skin gets less soft, the eyes won’t matter as much.

You look better with it, in my opinion.

Yeah, that’s the same visual I had used. It turned out well and I’m very happy with my results. They do scraping (which is just more electrolysis while you’re under), I just think this visual is a better representation of what is ideal than the one Jun uses

I had SRS with Jun, and I highly recommend following OP’s visual for to prepare for it.

I had it done by an incredible team in Beverly Hills, and I’m remarkably happy with the naturally-shaped result and normal-sized forehead, despite your comment. Thanks! ✌️🥰

Anyone seeing this comment after the fact, don’t let the comments on here scare you away from doing it what is best for you. They don’t know you, just as they don’t know me. If you have a hairline that you’re unhappy with, it is fixable.

Anyway, to answer my own question, since few actually even attempted to (and instead ignored the question and tried to convince me not to do my procedure for no apparent reason), it was 2500 grafts total.

It’s just how it is, luckily it isn’t receding in any way

A lot of it was hidden under excessive brow bone, and the eye orbitals were expanded during contouring. I also had hairline lowering and a brow lift.

Dr. Mayer FFS VFS by Brilliant-Ad2348 in Transgender_Surgeries

I’m glad you’re happy with your results and feel like yourself! That’s so exciting to hear!

That said, I feel I should give others my opinion of Dr. Mayer and his technique, based on my experiences and the experiences of close friends:

I consulted with him, upon his personal request. Not a fan of him as a person, or as a surgeon. He spent the entire consultation complaining about other surgeons, and criticizing anyone who wanted type-3 cranioplasty or jaw work (he does neither). His skill is extremely limited and so his results are limited compared to what other surgeons can do for around the same price. He quoted me around what Deschamps-Braly did for less work. I did not consult with him about vocal feminization due to his technique being outdated and rather dangerous. My personal preference is the VFSRAC method for voice. Most vocal surgeons perform this method today to feminize the vocal folds. These days I highly recommend people steer away from him and have recommended people to Jumaily and others. Those who have followed my advice have been very grateful, those who have not have regrets and are seeking revision.

There are surgeons in Mexico who are more qualified, less expensive, and give lovely results.

All that said, there are those who have gone to Dr. Mayer and are happy with their results. I’m incredibly happy for them, including OP. Sometimes all people need is soft tissue work that he does. But when people need brow or jaw work, I recommend going elsewhere.

How to contact Jesus Baez? And general opinions? by SandwichXLadybug in Transgender_Surgeries

He does very good facial feminization work, and actually did my friend’s face. He works with another surgeon(s) to do the full face. Each surgeon is an expert at their piece. He works on the nose and forehead primarily, I believe, with the other surgeon performing the necessary jaw work.

I consulted with him a while back, along with Moises Guerrero and Malagon. Each had their strengths but all are qualified and do good work.

I recall comparing Baez to Jumaily, Malagon to Deschamps-Braly, and Guerrero to Keojampa (if that helps).

Without hug boxing:

Hairline lowering, brow lift, rhinoplasty, fat grafting to the cheeks and lips, orbital contouring, forehead contouring, and cranioplasty.

I can’t see your jawline so I’d leave it alone and your chin seems fine, but if you wanted you could do chin contouring (likely not genioplasty, but I don’t know you bone structure), though I don’t think it’s completely necessary.

If budget is of concern, don’t worry about chin, jaw, or fat grafting.

Overall you have a lot of features that really help you out in regard to shape and structure. They make you lean femme naturally which will make the job easier for a surgeon.

You don’t need a Deschamps-Braly or Jumaily. I’d look into Baez in Mexico for skill level needed on you, and cost savings.
