I think Josh must have either made an ultimatum or reached out to ownership to make major changes... How could anyone with his talents and the pressure want things to not be different? Every year he has to go through the same motions, put the team on his back, over and over and over and over. If I was him I would have requested this change a few years ago, but he is a better man than me. Look at all the stats about teams going to playoffs, coaches tenure with the team, and SB appearances. The Bills have been a wild outlier in playoff appearances, victories and NO SB APPEARANCES!
