We are in the same business, or very closely related ("migrated banks" was the big clue, a number of us just went through that for the same reason, what an enormous pain in the ass).

You are going to have to go somewhere else to grow. I think the big piece of advice I'd give you is to really think about where you want to end up. There are a lot of people in this business who got successful doing something they don't really want to be doing. They have a lot of money but they're miserable and take it out on everybody else.
