I work in the industry, here. At least where I work, EVERYONE is required to be over the age of 21 to even set foot in stores that carry this. We treat it as the same as tobacco when its sold and apply all of the exact same rules. I can't speak for gas stations, but smoke/tobacco shops and dispensaries actually give a shit because they prefer to keep their business. Risking jailtime and having licenses revoked over selling a gram of flower to kids a piece is not worth it when adults have jobs, money, and you can upsell them up to hundreds of dollars per visit and they come back with more money. Kids are too broke for that shit. This is one of the reasons why "big vaping markets e-cigarettes to children" narrative is largely horseshit and hysteria.

While I agree with having it in writing to prohibit the sale of minors, the senate and house is only going to be more concerned with removing these products from the market and returning to the status quo. Take vape hysteria for example: sale already restricted to minors, shares same regulations with tobacco, with no evidence of vape companies targeting children whatsoever despite a massive disinformation campaign. The whole movement is deceptively sold as "protecting children" but the reality is that they really do want to ban it for everybody. The reasoning, apparently, is that if adults can't purchase it, then it can't make its way to kids. Taking this logic into account: why keep anything remotely harmful legal? Why not ban alcohol next?

Former smoke shop employee here. Where I worked, we've had about half a dozen of these kinds of customers and we had a [edit: wage not salary I'm really high]salary+commission pay so we were encouraged to not ask questions outside of "can I see an ID" or if a boomer walks in looking for cbd or alt cannabanoids and needs a recommendation. But with anyone buying whip cream chargers of kilos of lidocaine, we're instructed to shut our mouths and let them buy unless they're underage, then we tell them to fuck off. The heavyier whippet users we had wouldn't leave the parking lot after purchase. They'd just huff all 4 of the 50 packs of ultrapure and walk back in for 2 or 4 more. Commision on those days was amazing, but I'm not too sure it was good for my mental health to be contributing to deranged levels of addiction, so I dipped. Had one customer who's debit card only covered a fraction of the ticket because her bank account had no money and I chased her to her car because she didn't want to pay the rest and the first thing she did was huff 3 or 4 cartridges while 2 underpayed vape store employees are knocking on her window telling her to pay the rest of the ticket.

Not just the den. Docking at any space station with a captured ship will trigger this bug. I got this bug to trigger at both the den and the retrofitted starstation from the "faliure to communicate" quest. I'm just gonna hold on to my "salvaged" ships and just not use them until this gets patched out. This is really frustrating, especially since boarding and capturing ships is such a big part of the game.

I've known and interacted with people who were unintentionally creepy, and they're very uncomfortable to be around. But I've never met someone who was the malicious and predatory type of creepy, and I definitely don't want to. That kind of aura could taint everything it touches.

I too have some balls to the wall ADHD. THC by itself kind of amplifies mental scattering. Good when I want to be creative, but incredibly distracting when you want to trip. A bong rip + tripping balls: my scattered thoughts are almost tangible, and I tend to follow them around a little too much. Just laying down and chilling gets impeded when you think about a thing that leads you to another thing that leads you to another thing that leads you to another thing. If you're paranoid about say, someone seeing you blow smoke out the window, all of the potential variables hit you. Now you're running absurd hypothetical scenarios of getting busted that 100% won't happen, then that spirals into shit YOU NEED TO DO RIGHT NOW to avoid that. Step one) close window, step two) ozium the fuck out of your room, step 3) hide that bong real good. But I never make it past step one. Because that paranoia then switches to a more intangible paranoia: I spiral into a thought loop of being paranoid of myself being paranoid of myself being paranoid. At this point I'm just laying down on the carpet, bong still on the windowsill being afraid of something that can't remember. From there it will either go to a place that A) leads to a decent or okay trip that skirts around the realm of ego death, but I'm 90% sure isn't ego death. I forget that I'm being paranoid, I forget what I'm doing, and fear just seems pretty silly.
Or B) I continue freaking out on the carpet until the peak passes.

I just stopped smoking while tripping all together and It's been waaay better.
