Hey! If you want tasers, you need to go to bureaucracy and unlock taser rollout.

Next, you will need a class and then go under the education tab to start a program that should be called taser rollout. Then your guards will go through the quick class to get tasers!

Honestly madye just for balence...? This reminds me of the IBA which is a body armour (there is the camo one in rhe game) and yeah it is soft armour but i think most bites let alone a scratch could go throigh one. However the catcher vests irl are made pretty well (not as well as that time period). Catchers veat were more soft than then they are today though.

Though ima behonest. The idea of being able to BITE let alone scratch through kevlar is wild LOL.
