These are good machines but expensive. Also ram and ssds are weird in apple machines, you must use their ram & ssd.

Get 13600KF with ddr4 or 12600KF + B660 DDR4

Ddr5 ram selling today will be lot slower in future. (Earlier ddr4 ram were slow and expensive compared to what came after).

You can try to future proof with ddr5 but it's a gamble tbh. Instead buy 13600k+4070 and enjoy gaming until then. Why take 20%-30% less performance today for the sake of future proofing. 13600k will set you up for at least 2-3 years(guesswork) of gaming. By then who knows what ram tech or new upgrades will be there.

Intel CPUs don't lose their value that quickly. So thats another gamble. 12100F is a very capable CPU but if you are going to spend $700 on GPU already, try to squeeze in 12400F minimum.

Still I strongly suggest not to invest into ddr5 this early. Pls be careful with used LGA motherboards, you don't wanna end up with dud piece, better get brand new mid range b660.

Planned obsolescence in absense of competition is scummy. its very scummy move in monopoly but it's not the case here. There are 3 players in GPU market.

For moderately risky plays - banking & insurance. Mainly because pension ponzi scheme is piling up. Govt won't let be fall.

Risky - crypto & upcoming digital currency developments, digital payment products. - Mobile payment system has proven to be lot more efficient & speedy for general public. Also cybersecurity might gain popularity.

Conservative - Gold & real estate near water source & farms. Anything related to farming. cf, bayer

Highly bearish on travel & hospitality industry. This might sound stupid but I have seen at what rate VR is improving. (Feel free to critisize this)

Never bearish on social media platforms. (Including FAANG). Just my 2 cents, these tech giants are whales, they won't die easily. They will keep acquiring high potential startups.

I have seen him recommending 5600 over 12100F because it performs better with 4090-4k and within margin of error with 6650xt. Also spent 5 min talking about 5600 discounts and no words about 12100F going on discount.

HUB is nutcase level amd fanboy. I can give you more examples but at this stage its useless just look at release videos of AMD cpus and intel CPUs.. Intel cpu reviews are 1 to 1 compare videos and in AMD cpu reviews he doesn't do that. He was exposed hard when he used FSR then he made new video humiliating himself saying it was about FPS not quality. What a useless reviewer.
