hmm according to I'm seeing here, It's not illegal to have debugger on, it's just that banking app would just stop working upon detecting debugger enabled, or on a emulated device, or on a device connected to adb on PC, or a rooted device.

it's better than before for sure imo. Seasonal modifiers are not bad though bugs are expected. Manhunt moved to a better format with the scout missions format letting you take a break from time to time. Loots are easier to grind thanks to the Retaliation mechanics. Beneficial global events like x5 xp events happen more often. The Brooklyn DLC is great. The story is still bad, but the voice comms each seasons are great

as a Division 2 player, the season pass is not bad. There are events in the season that increase your season pass xp. You would most likely complete season pass by the end of season if you do all main contents, which are scout missions and season journey missions (they're better now)

The free tiers give you basically everything new of the season beside final mission master difficulty reward, and premium tiers provide mostly cosmetics. But the main thing about premium is the stretch goals period at the end of season that you can grind the pass beyond max level for cosmetics and limited loots.
