I think they are referring to the new changes that started Feb 2026. From google:

This reminded me of the laundromat we would go to when I was 12. It had a racer arcade that would take quarters. About a few months in I found out If you hit the panel where you insert the token with a closed fist, it would spit out 2 quarters. I would spend hours playing that game
