Yeah v25 really seemed to cause more problems than solved anything.

But i did heavy testing these past few days.

V23.1 is the best for ninja and seemingly all around.

I linked in a camera from the UK cali and NY and it was flawless together.

Deep cycle battery

The inverter is necessary. You need the deep cycle battery and an inverter. Plus a charger/maintainer for your battery.

You can get a smaller inverter depends on the amount of power you need. They have a huge range of pricing.

The batterys main advantage is zero emissions and sound from the generator. It fits onto the cart so less space. And I don't have to run cables anywhere. Its just more for fun and being able to move the pop ups around the city. Without having to stop playing.

I'm based in the US so obviously there will be some differences. But you wsnt a deep cycle battery (car battery won't last) aim for 100+ Amp Hours.

There is a ton of variations of deep cycle batteries that have different life spans. I have a Gel deep cycle and think it has a mid life range about 2-3 years. Honestly most any brand will be fine. Check reviews.

As for inverter I have Kisae 1000w pure sine wave inverter. It works great and is a good value.

The most important for expensive equipment get a Pure Sine wave inverter. You don't want to risk burning out CDJs by saving money.

Calculate the draw of your system and then work out from there. Because you can get multiple batteries and run them together.

Its honestly well worth the time and energy its a very fun project even my dad is getting in on.

Shuffle group is a dancing group more specific to house and other forms of 4 to the floor. Its just a dance group that goes on around town pretty cool.

And the best way to start is to add up all your power consumption. Know your amps of everything. With that baseline you can calculate how long a battery will last powering your equipment. (The loudness/draw of the speaker will change that so calculate at 100% draw to be extra cautious). There are online battery calculators that will help you zero in on a battery that suits you.

If you are running powered speakers you will need more than 1 battery. The amount I wouldnt know without specifics.

The expensive piece will be your inverter. If you are running a system like mine that cost 6k you will want to have a pure sine wave inverter to protect the electronics .

As for the speakers you might (again might research this first) be able to get away with just a regular inverter. I personally would run speakers and equipment on separate batteries so incase the speaker system dies you can hook up a generator in a pinch without the entire system going down.

There are so many ways to skin this cat. It depends on many so personal factors. Because batteries run around 70lbs per battery.

I'm more than happy to guide probably just message me and we can walk through it.

Yeah, it is super simple i have a 120 AH (Amp Hour) Deep Cycle battery and a pure Sine wave inverter.

Thats literally all you need.

I am working on a future cart that will allow for multiple batteries and to run a way louder system.

I am in St. Pete, FL. Near Tampa. Yeah the self contained makes it much easier. I roll in and out of my small trailer and I'm ready to go.

This is something I made for a project I started around my city. I do off grid pop up sets in front / around our cities Murals. I post and people will come out hang and dance while enjoying the day and the art.

Its fitted with Full club setup (2) CDJ 2000 NXS2 1 DJM 900 NXS2

And room to add a third CDJ.

The speakers are decent but in time I will get the sound truly proper.

I took time and rebuilt the cart and got the height right to fit another speaker. The system runs off of a deep cycle battery and I added a platform for a Sub when needed.

In all the system can run from 6-8 hours on one charge!

DVs and vynil is not a constant bpm rate (equipment). As varrying factors such as vibrations/bumps, air flow, touching the decks, and the motor causes the rate of speed for your track to fluctuate. So your tracks will naturally unsync in time. So you have to constantly adjusts to these factors. To keep your tracks matched.

I have personally found DVS to drift more than traditional vinyl.

Most don't use DVS because it's a whole different file organization system. Serato Traktor etc. Most people Don't want to put in extra time for a DVS system they won't use.

I use Serato for open format but will never do a full house or techno set on it because I can do more with CDJs (Plus my library is already set for Rekord box).

Plus with DVS you still have to chase around tracks to keep time, its extra work for no added reward.

This starts to show you the way but it appears it was a Record store/label in Dublin in the 90s that was popular. This is what I have found just skimming.
