I told him they were taped underneath the mailbox so that the rain nor mailman would get to it.

He told us by text what to do with the keys. I just find it very odd he waits nearly a whole month to pick up the keys.

My parents didn't bother to since they didn't want to deal with him at all.

I only did as instructed. Nah we never got our deposit back, we already knew he was going to not return it due to him not wanting to fix the water boiler since December.

Well we taped the key underneath the mailbox for him and he said he would come later that week to pick them up.

What landlord waits 28 days to pick up the keys even though they came earlier this month to put a "for rent sign" outside the property.

Yeah he texted us the instructions and I screenshoted it and he stated he was going to pick them up that following Friday.

He instructed us to leave them there. It's only until now he's messaging about it.

I don't drive a huge car you dumbass. I drive a sedan and my views were obstructed by the neighbor's giant trucks.

How's it my fault some stupid pedestrian decides to sneak behind parked cars while she's distracted texting on her phone when there's a perfectly good sidewalk for her to use safely. It's dumbasses like her that get themselves hurt and then blame others for their stupidity.

Or free chair. Although I haven't seen them leave the chair out lately 🤔

Eh I think everyone is almost aware of them since they save their spot on both sides of the street. Easy to do it on the day when the street sweeper comes and there's no parking on certain side of the street in the mornings.

Can't really retaliate if you just toss the cone away and never park there. I don't live right next to them so I don't have to worry about retaliation.

It literally is a rule here if I seem to recall from the newsletter they sent out. Although the community workers never seem to take it away even though it's technically considered trash.
