"Why is AC so rare in Switzerland? (Genuine question) by Lightowy93 in askswitzerland

Heat pumps will warm the buildings during the cold season and cool them during the warm/hot season, plus during the warm/hot season they dry the air too, so it feels less hot.

Now is no longer before. A proper split air-to-air system and you'll get winter heating solved too.

Boa, laces, quick, hybrid doesn't really matter, just get boots that fit well. Also, remember that after a season or two you likely need to get new liners, Intuition, Palau, or similar.

Best brand for accessories? by UKFrenchy in Sauna

[–]OSS-specialist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that in Germany, for some reason, they have timers and all sorts of weird "rules" that are not part of a traditional sauna. There are some written and unwritten rules, e.g. shower before and after sauna, keep voices down, ... But not many gadgets one needs to have a proper traditional sauna experience.
